Medina House

The main house is organized into three components: a north wing, a south wing, and a central living area that links the two. The south wing aligns with the auxiliary garage, kayak shed, and wooden dock, while the north wing and main living space are rotated outward fifteen degrees to expand the courtyard in between. A conservatory to the southwest lets natural light deep into the house and extends the main living area into the landscape. A double-height library with an oculus anchors the north wing of the house, which is completed by offices and a guest suite. The south wing includes the garage, kitchen, dining room, and screened porch on the first floor with additional bedrooms and a master suite above.
